How long does it take to process my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. If you have a larger order it may add some time to your delivery date, this will be indicated at checkout. Whilst we hold plenty of stock, we may need to order more in, or clarify any design queries which in turn may add to the lead time.
How long does delivery take?
We use Royal Mail's 24 and Tracked 24 service for standard delivery.
Standard delivery normally takes 1-2 working days to arrive after posting.
Most standard delivery parcels can be tracked online, a tracking link will be provided as your order is posted.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, all orders over £150 get free delivery (UK mainland ony)
What if I'm not happy with my purchase?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at myfunkyteeshop@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the return address provided in the refund confirmation email.
If your return is accepted, we will email instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please get in touch ASAP either by live chat here or e-mail to myfunkyteeshop@gmail.com and have your order number to hand. We will do our best to stop any orders which haven't already been dispatched!
